Terms of Service
By using Fetchly, you agree to these terms. They cover bookings, payments, conduct, and the limits of our responsibility.
Accounts
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
Bookings & payments
Hosts set the price, availability, and house rules. Owners agree to pay the booking total at the time of booking. Fetchly retains a 30% platform fee; hosts receive 70% as their payout after the booking completes.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies are shown before booking and depend on how close to the start time the cancellation is made. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method.
Conduct
Owners are responsible for their dogs at all times during a booking, including supervision, clean-up, and any damage caused. Hosts must keep listings accurate and spaces safe. Aggressive, deceptive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from Fetchly.
Liability
Fetchly is a marketplace connecting owners and hosts. We're not a party to bookings and don't own, operate, or insure listed spaces. Each party uses Fetchly at their own risk and is responsible for their own conduct and property.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
