We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email), list a space (location, photos, availability), or book a visit (booking times, payment details). We also collect basic usage data — pages viewed, device type — to keep Fetchly secure and reliable.
How we use it
We use your information to operate bookings, verify identity, prevent fraud, send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reviews), and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Hosts and guests see limited information needed to complete a booking — for example, a guest's first name and dog details, and the host's listing address once a booking is confirmed. We share data with service providers (payments, hosting, email) only as needed to run the platform.
Your choices
You can update your profile or request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support. You can opt out of non-essential emails from your account settings.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
